Information on deactivation of inactive accounts in the MyDUOLIFE system

Dear Club Members,

On 30.06.23, accounts that have been inactive in the MyDUOLIFE system since December 2017 and beyond will be suspended.

If you want to continue to be an active DUOLIFE Club Member, you can reactivate your account and return to your place in the DUOLIFE Club structure. In order to reactivate your account, you need to send a reactivation request to [email protected] or call the Customer Service (you can find the list of contact numbers HERE →). Once access has been unlocked for you, you need to purchase products with points in the DUOLIFE store.

On 16.08.23, accounts that were suspended on 30.06.23 and not activated by 15.08.23 will be deleted.
